These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and sido89 ("We", "Us", "Our", "Platform", "Company") governing your access to and use of the sido89 website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, accessing our website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use sido89 Services. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. sido89 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Our Services are intended primarily for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable laws. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of sido89 Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. sido89 makes no representation that Services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
The following individuals are prohibited from using sido89 Services:
IMPORTANT: sido89 implements strict age verification procedures. All Users must complete KYC verification by providing a valid Indonesian identity card (KTP) or passport before making Withdrawals.
To access sido89 Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and phone number. You may only register one Account. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify sido89 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. sido89 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
sido89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Indonesian KTP (identity card), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. You agree to provide such documents within 7 days of request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in Account suspension, bet cancellation, and Withdrawal denial.
sido89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated applicable laws. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your Account (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to you, subject to completion of KYC verification.
sido89 accepts Deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All Deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transfers.
Deposits made via bank transfer during banking hours (typically 08:00-16:00 WIB Monday through Friday) are processed instantly. Deposits made outside banking hours are processed within 24 hours. E-wallet Deposits are processed instantly 24/7. sido89 does not charge fees for Deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees.
You warrant that all Deposits originate from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the funds deposited. sido89 reserves the right to investigate the source of Deposits and may request supporting documentation. Deposits derived from illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud will result in immediate Account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
All Deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party Deposits are strictly prohibited. sido89 will reject and return any Deposit that we reasonably believe originates from a third party.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours for standard members, within 12 hours for Gold VIP members, and within 1-4 hours for Platinum VIP members, subject to completion of KYC verification. Actual receipt of funds may depend on your bank's processing time. The minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
Before you may request a Withdrawal, you must:
Standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per month. VIP members have higher limits based on their tier. sido89 reserves the right to split large Withdrawals into multiple installments at our discretion.
sido89 reserves the right to withhold Withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, match-fixing, use of automated betting systems, collusion, or any other violation of these Terms. Funds may be withheld pending investigation, which may take up to 90 days.
sido89 may offer Bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions. You must read and accept the specific terms of each Bonus before claiming it.
All Bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements, typically ranging from 5x to 25x the Bonus amount. You must fulfill the wagering requirement before Bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or be excluded.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses, using automated systems to meet wagering requirements, betting on opposing outcomes, or any other attempt to manipulate Bonus terms, is strictly prohibited. sido89 reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel Bets, and confiscate winnings derived from Bonus abuse.
Unused Bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited if you request a Withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, fail to meet time limits, or violate Bonus terms. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value.
sido89 reserves the right to accept or reject any Bet at our sole discretion. We may refuse unusually large Bets, Bets from suspected fraudulent Accounts, or Bets that violate our risk management policies. All Bets are subject to availability and may be limited without notice.
Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sports governing body, league, or game provider. In the event of a dispute, sido89's decision is final. If an event is postponed, canceled, or abandoned, Bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.
sido89 reserves the right to void Bets placed at obviously incorrect odds, prices, or results caused by human error or technical malfunction. This includes but is not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, wrong match information, or system errors. In such cases, affected Bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the preceding three months.
sido89 may display content from third-party game providers, sports data providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party content. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
